People who suffer from moderate to moderately severe pain may benefit from Vicodin® (hydrocodone/APAP). This prescription drug contains two different medications: hydrocodone and acetaminophen. Vicodin is either taken "as needed" for pain or on a scheduled basis. Seek medical attention immediately if you happen to overdose on Vicodin. Symptoms of an overdose include vomiting, a slow heart rate, or difficulty breathing.
