Pregabalin is not approved to treat nerve pain, fibromyalgia, or epilepsy in children. Talk with your healthcare provider about the benefits and risks of using pregabalin in children.
 

Off-Label Pregabalin Uses

On occasion, your healthcare provider may recommend pregabalin for something other than the conditions discussed above. This is known as using the medicine for "off-label" purposes. At this time, off-label pregabalin uses can include the treatment of:
 
  • Anxiety
  • Moderate pain, such as after a dental procedure.
