Drug Interactions With Pregabalin
Some of the drugs that can potentially interact with pregabalin include anesthetics, barbiturates, and sleep medications. Pregabalin (Lyrica®) can potentially interact with a few other medications. Some of these medicines that may lead to pregabalin interactions include:- Alcohol

- Butalbital (Fioricet®, Fiorinal®)
- Pentobarbital (Nembutal®)
- Phenobarbital (Luminal®)
- Secobarbital (Seconal®)
- Benzodiazepines, such as:
- Alprazolam (Xanax®)
- Chlordiazepoxide (Librium®, Limbitrol®, Librax®)
- Clobazam (Onfi™)
- Clonazepam (Klonopin®)
- Clorazepate (Tranxene®)
- Diazepam (Valium®)
- Estazolam (ProSom®)
- Flurazepam (Dalmane®)
- Lorazepam (Ativan®)
- Midazolam (Versed®)
