For the 7.5/325 or 10/325 Norco tablets, the usual dose is one tablet every four to six hours as needed, but not to exceed six tablets in 24 hours. Some people may need lower or higher dosages, although there is a limit to how high the dose may be increased due to the acetaminophen content.
