Just like many other medications, Toradol® (ketorolac tromethamine) can sometimes cause problems. Some of the most common problems with Toradol include side effects, such as:
If side effects do occur, they tend to be minor and easy to treat. However, there are some potentially serious reactions to Toradol that require immediate medical attention. Contact your healthcare provider if you experience problems such as:
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Vomiting blood
  • Unexplained weight gain.
Other warnings and precautions with Toradol apply to women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, as well as people who have certain allergies. Also, you may not be able to take this drug if you have certain medical conditions, such as diabetes, seizures, or bleeding problems.
