Several products can cause drug interactions with Nucynta, including Zyvox, Parnate, and many antihistamines. Many of these interactions can be dangerous, as they increase your risk of serotonin syndrome and can cause life-threatening reactions. To help ensure your safety, tell your healthcare provider about all of your current medications, and seek immediate medical attention if you develop any symptoms of serotonin syndrome.
