Were you looking for more information about Lorcet? Lorecet is a common misspelling of Lorcet.
Lorcet® (hydrocodone/APAP) is a combination medicine licensed to treat moderate to moderately severe pain. Although the hydrocodone component of the medication is effective at reducing pain, it can also cause mental "clouding," drowsiness, and mood changes. The acetaminophen component improves Lorcet's effectiveness for relieving pain and may limit the abuse potential of hydrocodone. Before being prescribed Lorcet tablets or capsules, you should let your healthcare provider know if you have liver disease, hypothyroidism, or kidney disease.
