Fentanel

Were you looking for information about Fentanyl? Fentanel is a common misspelling of fentanyl.

Fentanyl (Abstral®, Actiq®, Duragesic®, Fentora®, Lazanda®, Onsolis®, Subsys®) is a prescription opioid drug used to relieve pain. The medication works by binding to opioid receptors throughout the body. In most cases, people tolerate it well. However, side effects can occur and may include dizziness, drowsiness, and nausea.

The medication is not suitable for everyone. Make sure your healthcare provider is aware of any other medical conditions you have, as well as any other medications you are taking (including vitamins and herbal supplements) before starting treatment with this drug.
