A few of the medications that Feldene can potentially interact with include other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) -- such as nabumetone, ibuprofen, and naproxen -- as well as corticosteroids like prednisone and dexamethasone. Feldene drug interactions may cause your body to metabolize the medicines differently than intended and increase the levels of the drugs in your blood. Also, taking Feldene along with herbal and nutritional supplements like ginger, garlic, and St. John's wort may increase your risk of bleeding.

If you are taking other blood thinners, such as warfarin, while taking Feldene, your body may metabolize them differently than intended. You healthcare provider may choose to monitor your INR and prothrombin time more frequently and adjust accordingly. INR and prothrombin time are tests used to measure how well your blood is clotting.
