Durigesic

If you have chronic moderate-to-severe pain, your healthcare provider may prescribe Duragesic® (fentanyl patch). This opioid narcotic medication comes in the form of a patch, which is applied to the skin every 72 hours. It should only be used in people who have persistent, long-term pain and who require around-the-clock (continuous) pain relief. Before using this drug, talk to your healthcare provider if you have certain medical conditions, such as asthma, seizures, or a history of drug or alcohol abuse.
