Dosing With Diclofenac Sodium

Factors that can affect your diclofenac sodium dose include the condition that is being treated and any current medications. When treating different types of arthritis, such as osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis, the recommended dose is 50 mg to 75 mg, which may be taken two or three times a day. For the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis, dosing guidelines call for 25 mg, four times a day.
