Darvocet Side Effects

Although most people do not experience any problems while taking Darvocet, it is possible for side effects to occur. Some of the most common side effects that have been reported with this medication include drowsiness, dizziness, and vomiting. Most side effects of Darvocet are mild and do not require medical attention, but you should notify your healthcare provider immediately if you experience hallucinations, bladder control problems, or difficulty breathing.

As with any medicine, Darvocet^® (propoxyphene/acetaminophen) can cause side effects. However, not everyone who takes the medication will have problems. In fact, most people tolerate it quite well. In a survey of hospitalized patients, less than 1 percent of people taking normal doses of Darvocet reported experiencing side effects.
