Anaprox DS

Anaprox DS is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that treats pain, inflammation, fever, and stiffness caused by many conditions, including injury, gout, menstrual cramps, and arthritis. This prescription medication is available in tablet form and works by inhibiting the action of certain hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body. Common side effects include shortness of breath, fluid retention, and itching.

What Is Anaprox DS?

Anaprox® DS (naproxen sodium) is a prescription medicine used to reduce pain, inflammation, fever, and stiffness caused by many conditions. Some of these conditions include injury, arthritis, gout, menstrual cramps, and other types of bone, muscle, or tendon pain. Anaprox DS is in a class of drugs called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
