"Live vaccinations," anakinra, and TNF inhibitors may cause abatacept drug interactions. These interactions can increase your risk of developing infections or other side effects. It is generally recommended that you not take these medicines with abatacept, but your healthcare provider is the best person to advise you in this situation.
